Taking fish oil, Coffeeberry…are to things I believe made me aware of it happening. Does anyone else do this it’s unnerving?

The pictures in my head at times in the night time when woken are moving up & down sometimes flipping around like the old TVs used to do.

Also I can smell odors on TV. Someone lights up a cigar, popcorn different things.
