Vividness of Visual Imagery Questionnaire

You have aphantasia

If you weren’t able to visualize any scenarios in the VVIQ, this probably means you have aphantasia. Current estimates are that up to 2% of the population have aphantasia, or the inability to visualize in their mind’s eye.

Please note this assessment only considers the vividness of your visual imagery capabilities, and does not consider other sensory imagery (auditory, olfactory, etc). People with aphantasia cannot experience sound, smell, taste, or any other senses in their mind’s eye. Can you?
