VVIQ，即 “视觉想象生动性问卷”，可以了解您视觉想象的生动性。该测试由英国心理学家大卫-马克斯（David Marks）于 1973 年创建，被证明是对您在脑海中看到的人物、物体或场景的生动程度的准确测试。

VVIQ 使用说明

针对每个场景，试着在头脑中勾勒出人物、物体或环境的轮廓。用 5 分制来评价图像的生动程度。如果没有视觉图像，则将生动性评为 “1”。只有使用 “5”，图像才会像真实看到的一样生动、鲜活。评分标准如下
