Hello, I discovered that I had Aphantasia a number of years ago but only had a striking realization that SDAM had impacted my ability to grieve my sister as I could not accurately recall images of her other than a small number of photos. I am a performing musician with a gift on guitar for being able to play just about any common song in any key. Just reaching out to wonder if this is uncommon or just another of those "weak in one area and strong in another..." Wondering after musicians in this group, in my newness....
