Hyperphantasia, Dyspraxia, and hypermobility.

As a teenager with hyperphantasia, Dyspraxia, and hypermobility I've always felt quite isolated. Proprioception and spatial awareness has always been hard for me which means I've grown up memorising landmarks when I need directions. Everyone else could clearly do anything much easier than me physically and visualising didn't seem so exhausting. I've always been tripping up on my own feet and never been able to replicate what I can do in my minds eye. I've always been a “clumsy”, “daydreamer”, and “imaginative” kid. I never got proper accommodation until highschool. False memories is a big part of my experience and has been more common since I began puberty. Sometimes I've thought I've hit a milestone I haven't and attempted to do it again and got hurt which is infuriating. Anyone that's felt the same with similar conditions?
