hey so I recently discovered aphantasia and found out I have it which does explain everything but I need help so since this discovery I’ve noticed there’s a lack of awareness so for my English folio I wanna write about it and why it needs more awareness and I need quotes from people with it aswell but it’s hard to find so I was wondering if y’all could answer a few questions so I can use as a quote
-how does having aphantasia effect your emotions daily and has it caused you personally any mental issues?
-did you struggle inside school and with what specifically?
-do you wish there was more awareness about it?
-what’s problems you run into daily?
