No, I don't visualize the songs. It's more of a feeling. If I can feel a song, I can play it. Then I can even guess how the song goes on. It then becomes predictable, but not visible. When I write songs myself, they usually follow a concept or an idea from the beginning. My songs are therefore rather well structured. The solos (electric guitar), on the other hand, I play improvised, as I feel. Learning the lyrics by heart - terrible!

I am a guitarist singer /songwriter and I "remember " the chords and strumming /picking in my hands and body. But the words and melody I "hear" in my mind, interestingly. Never anything visualized. I do consider myself to be an auditory processor. I can remember and repeat entire conversations I've heard verbatim very easily.
