Thank you for curating these resources

I've been interested in finding resources about collaborating with a friend/colleague who has aphantasia. I greatly admire his skills; we're software developers and his abilities are incredible. He recently shared with me that he has aphantasia and I, as a completely visual person who thinks in math, geometry, and in images, was sorry to realize I was completely unaware of aphantasia and have been communicating poorly with my friend — I frequently say, "Image [fill in the blank] in our meetings." I want to collaborate better with him (and potentially with others on our team).
My perspective on different points of view, different ways of solving problems, and just diversity in the workplace in general, is that it's an untapped potential - not a "blocker" to overcome, and further that learning to collaborate using these differences can unlock so much for the team as a whole. In addition to learning more about aphantasia from my friend, this site is where I'm starting my external research. I'm looking forward to collaborating better with him. Thank you curating this collection of resources. This may not be a proper post as a discussion, but I couldn't find a place to simply say, “Thank you.” So, thank you.
