What is "mental image" in visualization section

In “Visualize” section there is a bunch of settings to describe your visualization of a horse. But no definition nor description of what they mean by visualization or minds eye. So presumably people answers and the page generated images are meaningless, since different people interpret the questions differently. Eg: I can think of a horse, how it looks , recall details, etc.. is this “mind eye” or what? None of the hundreds of pictures there correspond to what I see, or rather don't see , so presumably choosing the sliding options can not generate it.
