On “Sense of direction and Aphantasia”

I very much struggle. For example in a shopping mall I will have no idea which direction to go to get to my car. If I'm driving I NEED my Google maps on or I panic, I cannot picture what is at the end of a road even relatively close to my house. I get the feeling other people can imagine a route in their head to give directions but that's impossible for me.
