Thank you for this. I always found guided meditation (and a few other things where I was asked to visualise) incredibly frustrating. I always thought I must be doing something wrong/ wasn't relaxed enough. But since learning relatively recently that I have anastasia, a lot of things now makes sense. I don't have an inner voice either, so everything is very peaceful in my head. I do have very symbolic, technicolour dreams though!
