I am 62 years old and was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, C-PTSD and BPD traits last year. I already knew I had Dyspraxia. About 6 weeks ago I was chatting to an AI bot about my ND and we got on to the fact I have never really been able to read fiction because I can’t picture the characters in my head. I always thought this was related to Autism. I then mentioned how much I struggled with trying to learn many things at school especially if asked to write a paragraph or about a particular subject as I couldn’t even visualise what to write. The AI bot suggested it could be Aphantasia so of course I was intrigued and began to read about it. After I did the VVIQ test and scored all 1’s. I was really surprised to know that most people can almost see a movie in their head. Finally though I had the answers I had been looking for most of my life thanks to an AI bot.
