Terry Grace

Terry Grace is a Canadian public servant, writer, and consciousness explorer living in Ottawa. Born with total aphantasia and severely deficient autobiographical memory (SDAM), Terry experiences the world without mental imagery, perceiving life entirely through direct awareness, emotion, and embodied presence. He writes about perception diversity, neurodivergence, and creativity as pathways to empathy and understanding. His work bridges science, spirituality, and lived experience, showing that imagination takes many forms beyond the visual.
