Big Five Inventory (BFI‑44)

Understand your personality across five major dimensions.

What's your personality like?

The Big Five Inventory (BFI-44) is a validated self-report measure developed by researchers Oliver P. John, E. M. Donahue, and R. L. Kentle at the University of California, Berkeley to assess five major dimensions of personality:
  1. Extraversion
  1. Agreeableness
  1. Conscientiousness
  1. Emotional Stability (vs. Neuroticism)
  1. Openness to Experience
Note: This survey is not a diagnostic tool. It is part of a research study exploring the relationship between personality traits and imagery experiences, including aphantasia.
Instructions: For each statement below, select how well it describes you, from Disagree strongly to Agree strongly. Be honest—there are no right or wrong answers.
