Is anyone else unsure if they have acquired or congenital aphantasia due to SDAM?
I am having trouble figuring out if I have acquired or congenital aphantasia, and I am curious if others have the same issue. I have terrible autobiographical memory, and I can't remember if I had visual images when I was young. It's really frustrating, and I am wondering if others have experienced the same thing? If so, are there any tips or suggestions (for either letting it go or figuring it out)??
