multiplicity and aphantasia

[multiplicity here refers to dissociative identity disorder (DID), other specified dissociative disorder (OSDD) and just other dissociative disorders that involve multiple selves]
curious if anyone else here is like this! i've suspected myself being a plural for at least half a year now and i do have aphantasia (i can only imagine sound). welcome to share your experience below, i don't know what to write here haha…
how do you perceive your alters/parts? people on the internet usually say that there's some sort of "inner world" where they reside, but some simply do not have a inner world. this doesn't seem to be related to aphantasia, i've seen someone say they can visualise perfectly but the inner world is just not a thing for them. i do somewhat have one, i know a lot of details about it but just can't visualise them. though im curious if its possible for it to be other way around?
for me i of course can't visualise at all, but i *just* know what's happening internally… its like having a computer with no display, you clearly know what's going on but you just can't see it physically in front of you.
also flashbacks- this is also a PTSD thing too. how do you experience it? i don't exactly get visual flashbacks but rather emotional ones, i don't experience much sensory input from it but there is just some sort of weight that gets onto my chest
