Driving home one night I heard a lady photographer on the radio explain how she’d got into photography to help with her lack of visual memories, explaining the blackness and inability to visualise. It blew my mind. I’ve no visual memories from my past, close my eyes and it’s just black. I thought this was normal. Loosing my wife is gut wrenching when the only way I can see her is in photos.
