I resonate with so much of what you have said here. My 'memory' or people and things is more what I think of as a 'holographic wholeness representation' and I have always rapidly comprehended systems and endpoints but struggled with details and the process required to reach that endpoint. The Meyer Briggs is also interesting, I test as INTJ/P (50% on the P/J) I am also Asexual And yes, it is not a 'deficiency' we just run a different Operating System to the majority
if you are like me, you cannot see the physical of those you care for, but there is a holographic representation/feeling of exactly 'who' they are in your mind and you will keep that not an image. Much more important, there are photographs for that surface stuff
I have thought about the traits too, other 'software deletions'. For example I am also Asexual
