Just learned I'm aphant. At 80 years old, that information is extremely helpful. I also realized that I did get pictures when I took acid. So I think it can change when we enter an altered state.

I'm 80. An artist and very creative. I am aphant. I did't know it till now. You are you, special and unique. Enjoy it all. Ask others if the can picture a black screen.

I'm also an artist. I stretched, painted and signed my first canvas in 1970. Tho I can't visualize it I "know" it. It's almost a visual. I just found out I'm a aphant.

" It can signifcantly impact how we process their trauma!". Can you elaborate? I've done a lot of 'shadow work'. I have little recall of my childhood. I just found out I'm fully aphant, after years of waiting for my inner visions to develop.
