I have acquired aphantasia and did emdr prior to acquiring it. Emdr can be modified for aphantasiacs and dbt is the gold standard for bpd which I've done. Alot of the mindfulness works withn aphantasia

I have ptsd and bipolar disorder. I am on antipsychotics to stop having ptsd flashbacks but also inadvertantly cause aphantasia as well.
