At first black/brown but as I relax into it, soft, gently moving colors morphing in and out of each other. If I call on Healing Guides; soft, vague sets of beautiful, compassionate eyes come in and out - not necessarily looking directly at me. Some look feminine, some masculine, some old , some young. Some are very close up (I can see eyelashes), some are further away. Sometimes there more than one set of eyes and other times only one eye. I never see any other part of the face - only the eyes and they always seem benevolent.
