Thanks for sharing your experience! Given the Ganzflicker results, I suspect that people with aphantasia may also be less susceptible to real hallucinations, although this needs to be investigated. I also wonder if aphantasia provides a buffer against all kinds of hallucinations- psychedelics, psychosis, sensory deprivation, etc.
