On “How did you first discover aphantasia?”
I am doing some online training today which has just introduced me to aphantasia, which I had never heard of before but it describes me! In my line if work other people use visualisation techniques but I have never been able to understand this, and I thought I could never remember dreams but now I actually think I don't dream either! Fascinating!
