I have aphantasia when I’m awake but I have very vivid dreams. I can generally remember my dreams when I wake up although they fade quickly. interestingly enough, I’ve never had a nightmare . My dreams seem to often be an amalgam of things that have happened during the day or things. I’ve watched on tv. I also have recurring dreams which are most often stress dreams.
