On “Do you know what you look like?”

I can’t visualize things but I conceptualize them through mental descriptions. When people with aphantasia say they just ‘know’ how things look, I think there is a connection there with intuition.

On “Have you ever felt like your mind holds images you can't quite "see"?”

I think there is definitely a connection between aphantasia and intuition for some people.
