I was wondering if there were any people with aphantasia and schizophrenia out there? How does that work, relating to visual and auditory hallucinations?
I have schizoaffective disorder, which is schizophrenia and a mood disorder, in my case bipolar disorder. I hear things instead of see things. Voices to be more exact. I also still experience delusions as well.
